Ingredients to make Chinese spring rolls

  • 1 bowl refined flour (maida )
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 carrots chopped
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • 1 /2 cabbage chopped
  • 1tsp soya sauce
  • 1tsp chilli sauce
  • 1 cup spring onions
  • 1tsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1tsp pepper
  • Oil for frying

How to make Chinese spring rolls

  1. In a bowl add maida, salt, oil and make a dough with the help of warm water, wrap it up with muslin cloth for 4 hours.
  2. Then in a Kadai add oil, fry spring onions, capsicum, cabbage, carrot, keep stirring till soft then add salt, pepper and white pepper, mix well then add soya sauce, chilli sauce mix well.Remove and let cool.
  3. Then take a board, take a small piece of dough and roll it into a roti shape, add the stuffing inside it, roll it bind it and with maida paste ( maida + water ) place it in a plate one by one an store it in the fridge for 3 hours then deep fry it.

My Tip:

You can add noodles, sprouts sprouts, chicken for the stuffing
