Ingredients to make Potato Chips

  • 1 potato
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tablespoon red chilly powder
  • 1 tablespoon chaat masala
  • oil for frying

How to make Potato Chips

  1. Cut thin slices of potato.
  2. Sprinkle salt on each of them and keep aside for about 5-10 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in kadai, add potato slices one by one.
  4. Fry them till golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle red chilly powder, chaat masala and serve.

How thin should the slices be? and can we marinate them with red chilli powder as well, instead of only salt?
