Mocha Maple Ice Cream

Ingredients to make Mocha Maple Ice Cream

  • 250 ml : heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup : Milk
  • 3/4 cup : Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup : Maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp : cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp : Instant expresso powder
  • 2 tbsp : White Chocolate chips ( optional )
  • 1 tbsp : chocolate sprinkles ( optional )

How to make Mocha Maple Ice Cream

  1. Whip the whipping cream along with powdered sugar and milk to semi stiff peaks.
  2. Next add in the espresso, cocoa powders and whip until well blended.
  3. Now add in the maple syrup, chocolate chips and chocolate sprinkles and mix until combined.
  4. Now pour this into a glass bowl or pan or popsicle moulds and freeze for 4 to 6 hrs or until set .
  5. Later demould or scoop and serve with chocolate garnishes and drizzle of maple syrup.
