- Shredded potatoes 1 lb
- 1 leek/1 bunch spring onion sliced
- 4 sweet peppers sliced thinly
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp garlic herbed Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp dry Rosemary
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Flour
- Salt and Pepper as per taste
