Dry Fruit Tokri

Ingredients to make Dry Fruit Tokri

  • 100 gms sweet khoya
  • 10 to 15 almonds chopped finely
  • 10 to 15 cashewnuts chopped finely
  • 10 to 15 khismis
  • 1 walnut finely chopped
  • 1 silver warak
  • 1 tsp green colour
  • 1 tsp yellow color
  • 10 to 15 pistachio chopped finely
  • 1 tsp elachi powder

How to make Dry Fruit Tokri

  1. In a bowl add sweet khoya, mash it nicely.
  2. Then take a small piece, roll it like a roti shape.
  3. Stuff the chopped dry fruits inside and give the shape of a tokri, add silver Wark on it.
  4. Then take a small piece of khoya, divide into two pieces, add colors to it and give shape of a ribbon or a leaf.
