Vegetable Omelette

Ingredients to make Vegetable Omelette

  • 1 egg
  • chopped onion
  • Chopped tomato
  • Chopped green chilli
  • chopped capsicum
  • Chopped coriander
  • Red chilli powder
  • salt
  • Refined oil
  • 2 slices of atta bread
  • 1tsp of milk

How to make Vegetable Omelette

  1. Break egg and pour the material in a bowl. Then add chopped onion tomatoes capsicum coriander and green chilli. Whisk it.
  2. Then add red chilli powder nd salt according to your taste.
  3. Mix it. Add milk and whisk properly.
  4. Take pan or tawa. Put little oil. Pour the material. Let it cook for a minute turn the side of omelette. Let it be golden color from both the sides. Serve with atta bread.

My Tip:

By adding milk omellete gets more fulffy. You can add little cheese also.
