Ingredients to make Spinach Fritters with a Little Twist

  • 1 cup roughly chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1tbsp soaked sabudana
  • 2 tsp chopped green chillies
  • 2-3 tbsp gram flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Water to form the batter ( approx 1-2 tbsp )
  • Oil to deep fry
