Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Poha - 250 grm
  2. Salt
  3. Onion paste - 1 tsp
  4. Ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
  6. Green chilli chopped (2)
  7. Egg 1
  8. Bread crumbs 2 cup
  9. Cornflakes 1 cup
  10. oil
  11. Almond, raisin, Cashwenut - 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash the poha & soak it in water for 2-3 minutes depending on the thickness of the poha. After that drain the water completely from the poha.
  2. Mix the poha, chopped onion, ginger paste, garlic paste , salt, red chilli powder & egg in a bowl. Make a small ball from this mixture and give it the shape of a cutlet.
  3. Now evenly coat bread crumb & cornflakes on both side of the cutlet.
  4. In a pan cook each cutlet using 4 tsp of oil till they turn golden brown colour from both sides.
  5. Serve hot with a chutney of your choice.
