  • Strawberries -3~4 medium chopped
  • Almond Milk - ½ cup (dairy or non-dairy)
  • Vegan Protein powder - 1 scoop
  • Sweetener - as needed (optional)

Steps to make Banana Strawberry Protein Smoothie

  1. Blend all the ingredients until they are smooth and even.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate a while and serve as desired.

    Taskeen, You can make almond milk at home (http://www.thekitchn.com/how-to-make-almond-milk-at-home-cooking-lessons-from-the-kitchn-189996). But you can also use any other milk that you use at home. I'm not sure of the availability of Protein powder in India, but you might want to check in health food stores or online.
