Ram Laddu (Moong Dal ke Laddu)

Ingredients to make Ram Laddu (Moong Dal ke Laddu)

  • Moong dal - 1/2 cup
  • Chana dal 1/4 cup
  • Green chilli - 1
  • Cumin seeds
  • Salt acc to taste
  • Chilli powder
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Tamarind paste
  • Onion 1
  • oil 2 tbsp

How to make Ram Laddu (Moong Dal ke Laddu)

  1. Soak the moong dal and chana dal for at least 4 hours.
  2. Now strain it and make a paste adding chillies.
  3. Now beat the paste till its gets fluffy.
  4. Add salt, cumin seeds, chilli powder in it.
  5. Now pre-heat airfyer for 30 seconds
  6. Grease your hands with olive oil and make small balls of the mixture
  7. And air fry them on 150 deg temperature for 5 minutes
  8. In the mean time add sugar, salt and water to tamarind paste and keep aside.
  9. Chop the onions finely.
  10. Then increase the temperature to 180 deg and air fry them for 2 minutes more.
  11. Now take out the laddus and serve in a plate
  12. Pour tamarind chutney over it and chopped onions also.
  13. 4 pm Hunger solution is here with health benefits.

My Tip:

You can serve it with green chutney also.
