  2. Onion-2
  3. Curry leaves
  4. Mustard seed-1spn
  5. Oil
  6. Chilli powder-3spn
  7. Turmeric powder-1/2spn
  8. Cumin powder-1sp
  9. Salt

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS, 10-12 CURRY LEAVES
  2. ADD 2 CHOPPED ONIONS, SALT, SAUTE FOR 2MINS
  3. ADD 1/2 TURMERIC, 3 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, MIX & SAUTE FOR 2 MINS
  4. ADD 4 PEELED & CUBED POTATOES TO THE MASALA, SAUTE FOR 5 MINS
  5. ADD 1 TSP CUMIN POWDER, COOK FOR 8 MINS ON MEDIUM HEAT, STIRRING IN BETWEEN
  6. ADD SALT TO TASTE, SAUTE FOR 2 MINS ON HIGH HEAT, SERVE HOT WITH DAL-RICE OR ROTIS
