Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Tamarind - Little
  2. Oil - 2 tsp
  3. Ginger & Garlic - Few
  4. Dried Chillies - 4
  5. Salt - As required
  6. cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  7. Roasted /Burnt Brinjal - 6

Instructions

  1. Step one is add 2tsp of oil in pan and then add cumming seed, red chillies
  2. Then add garlic and ginger in it and saute it for a minute and then add tamarind in it
  3. Switch off the stove and allow it to cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Next, roast brinjal in flame and peel it's skin.
  5. Grind brinjal, salt and roasted ginger, garlic, tamarind, chili, cumming seeds in it.
