ABOUT Fruit Pudding using leftover Kheer RECIPE

Yesterday some guest were supposed to come over, I prepared kheer but their program got cancelled, my family enjoyed the kheer but quantity was too much so using leftover kheer I prepared this delicious pudding.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup leftover kheer
  2. half banana chopped
  3. half Apple chopped
  4. one fourth cup of pomegranate seeds
  5. 2 tsp roohafza
  6. 1 tsp chopped dry fruits

Instructions

  1. Grind the Kheer for 5 seconds using hand blender
  2. Take two glasses, in each glass pour RoohAfja
  3. Now mix all the fruits n add them to the glasses.
  4. Now add kheer to the glasses and Sprinkle the dry fruits
  5. Keep the pudding glasses in refrigerator for one hour and relish chilled Fruit Kheer Pudding .
