Ingredients to make Saboo dhana ki khichidi

  • 1 pk sago soaked overnight
  • 1 handful of groundnuts
  • 3to 4 potatoes boiled& chopped
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 4to5 green chillies slit
  • 1 big lemon juice
  • 4to5 curry leaves
  • 1 /2 tsp jeera
  • Salt to taste

How to make Saboo dhana ki khichidi

  1. Soak saboo dana overnight next day drain the water out . Heat Kadai add oil fry groundnuts till light brown then take it out, then add jeera, curry leaves, green chillies slit mix well then add boiled chopped potatoes add salt , mix well then add the saboo dhana mix well then add salt, coriander chopped, lemon juice, and mix well .

My Tip:

If you don't want full groundnuts to put in this dish you can add dry paste ( dry roast groundnuts, green chillies ) add to the saboo dana and mix well.
