Crunchy Chicken fingers

Ingredients to make Crunchy Chicken fingers

  • 1 skinless, boneless chicken-breast
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 cups cornflakes, finely crushed
  • Dash ground black pepper
  • Ketchup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp chilly pwd
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp refined flour

How to make Crunchy Chicken fingers

  1. First marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, chilly pwd, vinegar and ginger garlic paste, keep it aside for 15 mins.
  2. Heat oven to 180 degrees C. Cut chicken into 3/4-inch strips. In a shallow dish, combine the egg,and honey, In another shallow dish stir together cornflake crumbs, salt, refined flour and pepper.
  3. Dip chicken strips into the egg mixture; roll them in crumb mixture to coat evenly. Press with palm to coat properly.
  4. Arrange chicken strips on a baking sheet. Lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with ketchup, if desired.
  5. It can be deep fry also.
