Ingredients to make Rice kababs

  • 1 cup left over white rice
  • 1 boiled potato smashed
  • 2to 3 green chillies chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1tsp garam masala pd
  • coriander chopped
  • oil for frying

How to make Rice kababs

  1. In a bowl add left over rice smash it nicely, then add chopped coriander, smashed potatoes, mix well then add salt, pepper and garam masala.
  2. Give a shape of kababs and deep fry it.

My Tip:

U can give ur stuffing cheese inside if u wish too . u can shallow fry or deep fry it
