Potato (Big)
1 egg
Grated cheese
Oil 3 tbsp
1/2 onion
1 tbsp chilli powder
Chilli flakes
Salt to taste
1 tsp cumin powder

Instructions

Preheat the oven. Then roast the potato in tandoor or oven for 10-15 mins after piercing it with fork. Now slice one side of potato and take out the inner part of potato by a spoon. Make a slit.
Take 2 tbsp oil on a pan and cook the onion with inner part of potatoes, chilli powder, salt and cumin powder.
Fill up the potato with cheese, cooked potato and 1 raw egg. Sprinkle a little salt.
Again roast it into tandoor or oven for 15 mins. Sprinkle a chilli flakes.
Serve hot.
