Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. For the Dough :
  2. Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup
  3. Salt 3/4 teaspoon
  4. sugar 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Baking powder 1.5 teaspoon
  7. Curd as required to mix
  8. Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
  9. For the Filling :
  10. Garlic mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
  11. Crumbled paneer 1/4 cup
  12. Lettuce chopped 3 tablespoons
  13. Cheddar cheese 2 tablespoons
  14. Italian seasonings a preferred
  15. Garam masala optional as per taste
  16. Other Ingredients :
  17. Oil for greasing
  18. Cheddar cheese 3 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Take 1 cup whole wheat flour .
  2. Add 3/4 teaspoon salt .
  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon sugar .
  4. Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda .
  5. Add 1.5 teaspoon baking powder .
  6. Mix all together until combined.
  7. Make a well to the center , pour required curd gradually
  8. while kneading to a smooth dough .
  9. Add 3 tablespoons vegetable oil to the dough . Knead completely .
  10. Punch and knead the dough back and front until smooth texture .
  11. Cover the dough and rest for 30 minutes .
  12. Divide the dough into 3 portions . Take 1 portion while saving the rest .
  13. Roll the dough into a medium thickness long roti .
  14. Spread garlic mayonnaise completely . Add seasonings of your choice. I added Italian .
  15. Top it up with crumbled paneer, chopped lettuce, cheddar cheese.Sprinkle Garam masala(optional).
  16. Now roll the roti from one towards to another into a log with sealed edges and sides . Cut the log
  17. into medium sized scrolls . Gently press the scrolls on top . Top it up with cheddar cheese .
  18. Line a greased thick aluminum sheet on the Tawa. Place the scrolls with sufficient space .
  19. Cover with a heavy container . Before that seal the inner side of the container with aluminum sheet
  20. This is to lock moisture for even quick baking . Bake for 15 minutes in low heat until the lower
  21. side is brown , sides are sturdy to handle , cheese melted and set . Mini Mayo Scrolls are ready.
  22. Serve hot . Enjoy this instant no yeast Mini Mayo scrolls . Relish !
