Thia is Rajasthani khoba roti. Which i flavoured with garlic and red chilli flakes.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Whole wheat flour 1cup
  2. Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
  3. Crushed garlic 1tsp
  4. Oil 2tbsp
  5. Salt as per taste.

Instructions

  1. ARRANGE ALL THE INGREDIENTS.
  2. TAKE THE WHEAT FLOUR AND ADD RED CHILLI FLAKES AND SALT AS PER TASTE AND ADD 1TSP CRUSHED GARLIC.
  3. PUT 2TBSP OIL INTO FLOUR.
  4. MIX WELL AND ADD LITTLE WATER.
  5. KNEAD THE DOUGH.
  6. NOW DOUGH IS READY.
  7. TAKE THE DOUGH AND ROLL IT.
  8. I MAKE THIS ROTI LIKE THIS ...IT SHOULD NOT BE SO MUCH THICK OTHERWISE IT WILL NOT COOK PROPERLY.
  9. PRICK THE ROTI WITH THE HELP OF KNIFE FROM ONE SIDE.
  10. FLIP THE ROTI AND MAKE THE CENTRE POINT OF ROTI.
  11. NOW START PIERCING THE ROTI AND MAKE THE DESIGN ALL OVER LIKE THIS.
  12. NOW THIS DESIGNER KHOBA ROTI IS READY TO GO ON HOT TAWA.
  13. PUT THE ROTI ON TAWA AND SLOW THE FLAME AND LET IT COOK .
  14. AFTER 5-7MIN TURN THE ROTI TO OTHER SIDE.
  15. SEE HOW IT LOOKS.
  16. NOW COOK IT ON SLOW FLAME TOO.
  17. APPLY SOME GHEE AND SERVE IT WITH YOUR FAVOURITE CURRY.
