Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Roti 4 nos
  2. Olive oil 4 tsps
  3. Vegetables slice 1 cup (carrot,bean,capcisum)
  4. Sprouted chana 2 tbsp
  5. Onion 1 (slice)
  6. Tomato puree 1 cup
  7. Chopped Garlic 2 tbsps
  8. Herbs 1 tsp(basil ,oregano)
  9. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Grated cheese 5-6 tbsps

Instructions

  1. Cut the rotis horizontally like pasta.
  2. Heat oil ,add chopped garlic, onion, vegetables ,chana , Salt and fry it for a while.
  3. Now add tomato puree and herbs, fry it again.
  4. Lastly add pieces of rotis and pepper powder, then saute.
  5. Switch off the flame, add grated cheese.
  6. Serve hot.
