Chicken Pancakes

Ingredients to make Chicken Pancakes

  • 8 table spoon refined flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 spoon ajino moto
  • salt to taste
  • two pinches black pepper
  • For the filling
  • Boneless chicken strips boiled, 200gms
  • 1 capsicum shredded
  • 1 cabbage shredded
  • 1 onion ringed
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 table spoon green chilly sauce
  • 1 table spoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ajinomoto
  • salt to taste
  • oil to saute

How to make Chicken Pancakes

  1. Add oil in a wok and add the onion rings and saute till they turn a little brown, now put the remaining vegetables, and saute on a high flame stirring continuously.
  2. Now add the shredded chicken and season the filling with the sauces and spices. Stir for another couple of minutes and let it cool it a bit.
  3. Take the refined flour, eggs, and spices and beat till a normal consistency pourable batter is formed. You can adjust the consistency by adding flour or a little water to make it thick or thin.
  4. Add some oil in a pan, a pour a large spoonful of batter in it and spread like an omelette, cook it on both the sides by flipping.
  5. Add spoonful of your filling into the pancake and roll it up. Enjoy with a hot cup of soup.
