Ingredients to make Kurkure bhel

  • 2 bowl kurkure
  • 1 medium sized chopped onion
  • 1 medium sized chopped tomato
  • 1 medium sized chopped carrot
  • 1 medium sized chopped capsicum
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masalo
  • 1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 cup sev murmura
  • 3 teaspoon spicy chana dal
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
  • 1/2 bowl sprouted moong
  • 3 teaspoon masala bundi
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste

How to make Kurkure bhel

  1. Take a bowl ,add sev murmura ,chopped onion,carrot,capsicum,tomatoes.mix well. Add sprouted moong in it.
  2. Now add kurkure ,chana dal ,masala bundi ,chaat masalo ,chilli powder,pepper powder,salt in it..
  3. Add lemon juice too .mix all things properly .Add coriander leaves in it .serve immediately.

My Tip:

You can add all chutney if those who are available .
