Avocado Cheese Wrap

Ingredients to make Avocado Cheese Wrap

  • 6- inch chapati/roti
  • 1 quarter of a small avocado (chopped)
  • Lettuce: 2-3 small leaves
  • 1/2 wedge of low fat swiss cheese spread
  • 1/2 tbsp Low fat mozzarella cheese
  • lemon juice: 1/4 tsp
  • salt: a tiny pinch
  • pepper powder: a tiny pinch

How to make Avocado Cheese Wrap

  1. Take the chopped avocado in a bowl. Add salt, pepper powder and lemon juice to it. Mix well and keep aside.
  2. Spread the cream cheese on one side of the chapati/ roti or on the inside of the lower half of the bun.
  3. Now layer the lettuce on the cream cheese, then spread the avocados and lastly top it with the shredded cheese.
  4. Now for the roti, place a small strip of wax paper at the bottom in such a manner that it is folded at the bottom and and does not expose the edge of the roti.
  5. Slowly wrap it so that the edges of the roti are overlapping each other. Secure this with a toothpick.
  6. Serve immediately or pack it for your kids lunch.
