Ingredients to make Italian Dough Balls With Cheese Garlic Dip

  • For Dough:
  • Maida 250g
  • Yeast 10g
  • Sugar 28g
  • Bread improver 2g
  • Milk powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt 3g
  • Oil 25g
  • For stuffing:
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Processed cheese 1 cube
  • For wash:
  • Butter 40g
  • oregano
  • Red chilly flakes
  • For dip:
  • Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
  • Cheese spread 3 tbsp
  • Garlic 4 cloves(crushed)

How to make Italian Dough Balls With Cheese Garlic Dip

  1. Mix maida, yeast, salt, sugar, bread improver, milk powder and mix well. Add water and prepare a soft dough.
  2. Knit the dough till gluten is formed. Keep on dusting and oiling while knitting the dough.
  3. Make small balls and stuff with mozzarella cheese and processed cheese.
  4. Grease the baking tray and place the balls on the tray. Cover it with a thick cloth. Let it ferment for 10 mins.
  5. Melt butter and add oregano and red chilly flakes. Mix well. Apply on the balls before baking
  6. Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 20 mins.
  7. Apply the wash after taking the dough balls out of the microwave.
  8. Mix mayonnaise, cheese spread and crushed garlic to make cheesy garlic dip.
  9. Serve hot with dip
