Peri Peri prawn skewer

Ingredients to make Peri Peri prawn skewer

  • 10 tiger prawns
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 3 tbsp peri peri sauce
  • 1/2 bowl chopped coriander
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese
  • 10 Cherries
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp roasted gram flour
  • butter to brush
  • 1 Tsp lime juice

How to make Peri Peri prawn skewer

  1. Marinate the prawns with all ingredients except oil, butter and cherries. Keep it aside for 15 mins.
  2. Heat up oil in a pan.
  3. Arrange the prawns and cherries in skewers and fry both side for 3-4 mins.
  4. Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce.

My Tip:

Dont overfry prawn & cherry helps to keep the balance of hotness of peri peri sauce.
