ABOUT Pasta in spinach sauce RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Penne pasta 1 cup
  2. Spinach curry 3/4 cup ( leftover)
  3. Milk 1/4 cup
  4. FRESH CREAM 2 TBSP
  5. Grated cheese 1/4 cup
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Black pepper powder 1/4 tesp
  8. Oregano 1/2 tesp
  9. Oil 1 tbsp
  10. Onion 1

Instructions

  1. Chop onion in dices.
  2. Boil 2 cups of water with some oil and salt.
  3. Put pasta in boiling water.
  4. Let it boil for seven minutes and drain.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and saute onions till translucent.
  6. Add leftover spinach curry, fresh cream, salt, black pepper and oregano.
  7. Give a boil and then add milk and cheese.
  8. When cheese dissolves add cooked pasta and simmer for a minute.
  9. Pasta in spinach sauce is ready. Top with more grated cheese and serve.
