Ingredients to make Chicken and Cheese seekh kebabs

  • 6 soft pieces chicken boiled
  • 2 Potatoes
  • Cheese sticks ten / Cut strips of slice cheese (kp frozen to handle)
  • Salt to taste
  • Greenchillies n garlic
  • 2 tspn ginger garlic paste
  • Garam masala to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • oil to fry
  • Bread Crumbs to coat
  • An egg

How to make Chicken and Cheese seekh kebabs

  1. Boil chicken pieces in salt ginger garlic paste and cool
  2. Boil 2 potatoes cool and peel
  3. Shred chicken from bones. Add the masalas mentioned. Manage salt
  4. Grind in a mixer one churn or blend in potatoes and mash all with one egg beaten in too
  5. Now grease palms with oil and place a portion of mixture flatten n in the centre place cheese strips frozen.
  6. Form seekhs roll in bread crumbs keep aside. Heat oil to shallow/deep fry and start frying on low flame. Remove and put on to sticks for the look. Serve hot with ketchups and chutneys of choice.
