Rice balls made using left over boiled rice

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled rice 1 cup
  2. Suji 1 tea spoon
  3. Mustard seeds...1/2 tea spoon
  4. Salt and red chilly powder to taste
  5. Curry leaves...1 sprig
  6. Oil...1 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Mix suji, salt and rice and put it in grinder
  2. Transfer the batter to a plate
  3. Knead and make small balls
  4. Steam in a steamer for 10 to 15 minutes
  5. Heat oil in a woke, add mustard seeds and curry leaves let them crackle
  6. Add steamed rice balls and little salt and chilli powder and saute nicely
  7. Serve
