ABOUT Corn Kabab RECIPE

This is a real tongue thriller and is healthy Can be considered as starter, or snack with tea/coffee.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups corn kernel
  2. 1 cup potato boiled and grated
  3. 1 cups breadcrumbs
  4. 1 /2 cup finely chopped onions
  5. 1 /2 cup finely chopped capsicum
  6. 2 chopped green chilli
  7. 1 tsp chopped ginger
  8. 1 teaspoon lemon
  9. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  10. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  11. 1/2 tsp White pepper powder
  12. 1 pinch mace powder (javitri)
  13. Few fresh mint leaves
  14. 2 tablespoons chopped Coriander
  15. Salt to taste
  16. 1/2 tsp black salt
  17. Oil to fry or roast

Instructions

  1. Grate the corn.
  2. Mix all the ingredients mentioned above, except for the breadcrumbs.
  3. Make cylinder shapes and roll in breadcrumbs.
  4. Deep fry in hot oil or Grill at 230 degrees C for 30 minutes or roast on tava and gas on low flame.
  5. Serve with sauce and mint chutney.

v have to boil corn or use it raw only
