About Corn Kabab Recipe

This is a real tongue thriller and is healthy Can be considered as starter, or snack with tea/coffee.

Corn Kabab

Ingredients to make Corn Kabab

  • 2 cups corn kernel
  • 1 cup potato boiled and grated
  • 1 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 /2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 /2 cup finely chopped capsicum
  • 2 chopped green chilli
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 teaspoon lemon
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper powder
  • 1 pinch mace powder (javitri)
  • Few fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • oil to fry or roast

How to make Corn Kabab

  1. Grate the corn.
  2. Mix all the ingredients mentioned above, except for the breadcrumbs.
  3. Make cylinder shapes and roll in breadcrumbs.
  4. Deep fry in hot oil or Grill at 230 degrees C for 30 minutes or roast on tava and gas on low flame.
  5. Serve with sauce and mint chutney.

My Tip:

You can add your favourite veggies and cheese to it.
