Ingredients to make Vegetable Kebab Recipe

  • 2 potato (alu)
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese (paneer)
  • 1/2 cup cabbage (patta gobi)
  • 1 small carrot grated
  • 1/4 cup capsicum
  • 1/4 cup cauliflower (phool gobi)
  • 1 green chilly (hari mirch)
  • 1 tbsp coriander (dhania patti)
  • 1/4 tsp azinonotto powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup refined flour (maida)
  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder (lal mirch)
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

How to make Vegetable Kebab Recipe

  1. Boil, peel and grate potato.Grate paneer also.Finely chop dhania and hari mirch. Grate both the gobis.
  2. Mix all the ingredients except maida, in a bowl.
  3. Make small balls of this mixture, i have shaped them in heart shape with the cookie cutter, and keep aside.
  4. Make a thin batter by mixing maida, 1/2 tsp salt, lal mirch and 1/2 cup water.
  5. Heat oil in a pan.
  6. Dip all the kababs in maida batter and deep fry them until they turn golden brown. Serve them hot with mint chutney and sliced onion.

You can add loads of veggies of your choice.
