Ingredients to make Basaan papdi

  • Gram flour 500 gm
  • Olive oil 100 gm
  • Red chilli powder 1tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying

How to make Basaan papdi

  1. Mix oil salt chilli powder oregano seeds with the help of water make a hard dough.
  2. Make small balls roll them and prick them from both sides. Deep fry in hot oil.
