Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 8-10 - White Bread Slices (a good quality fresh white bread works best)
  2. 1/2 - Red capsicum (finely chopped)
  3. 1/2 - Yellow capsicum (finely chopped)
  4. 1/2 - Green Capsicum (finely chopped)
  5. 150 gms - Cottage Cheese / Panner (crumbled or grated)
  6. Cheese Spread or any cheese of your choice
  7. Spice mix - Oregano, black pepper, salt, basil, garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Take the bread slices and roll the bread as thin as possible.
  2. In a bowl mix all the finely chopped veggies, crumbled paneer, spices and the cheese (take care to not incorporate too much moisture into the mixture, the drier the better)
  3. Now take the thinly rolled out slices of bread and spread this veggies mix on half side of the bread, leaving the edges clean to seal
  4. Now take some water, or egg, or little maida in water and apply on the edges of the bread
  5. Fold the clean half of the bread over the other half and overlap the edges and now seal them tight by pressing on the edges
  6. Airfry them in a pre-heated airfryer for 5-7 minutes or till golden brown. You can also deep fry them, but then fried ones soaks up a lot of oil, so I prefer the air-fried ones
  7. When browned, cut them into half and serve with ketchup or chutney of your choice
