Ingredients to make Bread rolls

  • 4to5 bread slices
  • 1 tsp garam masala pd
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 2 to 3 carrot chopped finely
  • 2 to 3 capsicum chopped finely
  • 1/2 cabbage chopped finely
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper pd
  • oil for frying
  • coriander
  • 2 to 3 cheese grated

How to make Bread rolls

  1. In a bowl add carrot, capsicum, cabbage add salt an squeeze out the water completely then add pepper, coriander, garam masala pd, chat masala pd mix well then add cheese grated .
  2. Take a bread slice dip in water squeeze out the water completely then add the the stuffing inside it an wrap it up with both ur hand fingers& refrigerate it. Then deep fry it

My Tip:

If you want you can use oven to consume less oil
