Ingredients to make Papdi chaat

  • 10 pieces of papdi home made or readymade
  • 1 bowl curd
  • 1/2 bowl green coriender chutney
  • 1/2 bowl meethi imli chutney
  • 1 bowl boil n chopped potatoes
  • 1 bowl boil white chana or peeli matar
  • 1sp sugar
  • Salt lal mirch powder garam masala powder chat masala per taste
  • 1/2 bowl Namkeen sev or any mixture namkeen
  • Green chillies n coriender leaves fr garnishing

How to make Papdi chaat

  1. Whisk curd along with sugar
  2. Place 2 tbsp curd in a plate first
  3. Arrange papdi over curd
  4. Sprinkle lil salt
  5. Place potatoes n chana
  6. Again pour some curd with masala per taste
  7. Drizzle meethi n green chutney
  8. Garnish with namkeen green chillies and coriander

My Tip:

Don't dip papdi in curd for too long otherwise they became sogy
