Paneer keema Pao

Ingredients to make Paneer keema Pao

  • cottage cheese - 250gms
  • onion, finely chopped - 1
  • tomato - 1
  • green chillies - 1-2
  • Pao - 1 packet
  • salt to taste
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
  • black pepper to taste
  • turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • ketchup - 1 tbsp

How to make Paneer keema Pao

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Saute onions, tomatoes and green chillies for 3-4 minutes. Mash paneer and add in a pan.
  2. Add black pepper and salt
  3. Take pao and fry on tawa using butter.
  4. Place the bhurji in between the pao
  5. Add mayonnaise as shown in pic
  6. Serve hot
