Potato veg roll

Ingredients to make Potato veg roll

  • 4medium size potato
  • 1 large onion cut into fine cubes
  • carrot 1small shreded finely
  • cabbage finely shredded
  • 1tsp garam masala powder,
  • red chilly powder 1 tsp
  • salt to taste fresh corriander leaves finely chopped
  • Bread crumb as per requirement
  • 2to3tbl sp of corn flour or maida to prepare milk
  • oil for frying
  • ginger, garlic paste
  • Spicy tomato ketchup

How to make Potato veg roll

  1. Add little jeera to 3tsp of oil in a kadai saute onion and other veg together until soft.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and saute until raw smell leaves
  3. Add green chilly pieces red chilly powder , garam masala powder. Last add the mashed potato and mix all very well add salt too. Leave to cool. Now take a big ball big lime size.
  4. Roll it cylindrical shape and dip in the corn flour milk Then roll it in the bread crumb and leave in the freezer for 10mins so that the breadcrumb dosnt separate when frying.
  5. Now remove the prepared rolls and fry until golden brown. Remove and place in a paper towel. Serve with tomato ketchup

My Tip:

I have also added small paneer cubes
