Kesar & walnuts icecream

Ingredients to make Kesar & walnuts icecream

  • 500ml full fat milk
  • 9 tbsp sugar
  • 1 small cup milk
  • 1,1/2 cup milk powder,
  • 1/2 cup amul fresh cream
  • 1,1/2 tbsp cornflour,
  • 1,1/2 tbsp G.M.S.
  • chutki C.M.S
  • 10 tar kesar
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

How to make Kesar & walnuts icecream

  1. Take 1/2 cup milk inSmall bowl add kesar, cornflour, milk powder, G.M.S, C.M.C mix it all properly.
  2. Take 500 ml milk in one pan heat it, add sugar , stair it.after 15 minutes boiling add small milk mixtures. And cook for 5 minutes more.
  3. Cool down at room temperature. Pour in plastic tin .cover with lid .Now keep in deep fridzer for 1,1/2 hour .
  4. After freezing it add amul fresh cream beat it till its become fluffy. Add walnuts, mix it.
  5. Set in deep fridge for 7-8 hour in covered tin.ready. happy cooking.
