Ingredients to make Cheesy spinach balls

  • Spinach - 1/2 cup
  • Cornflour - 1 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Grated cheese
  • chilly flakes
  • Refined oil

How to make Cheesy spinach balls

  1. Microwave the spinach for 30 seconds and this will wilt the leaves. Then blend it in a mixer without water .
  2. Now mix the ginger garlic paste, salt, cornflour and bread crumbs to the wilted spinach and form a dough
  3. Now mix the cheese with chilly flakes. Make small balls of the spinach mixture.
  4. Stuff them with cheese and round them up. Deep fry them in very hot oil. Serve
