Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1spoon Goond powder
  2. 1/2,spoon soonth powder (dry ginger)
  3. 1/2 spoon ganthoda powder
  4. 2 spoon ghee
  5. 2 spoon grated coconut
  6. Grated Almonds
  7. Brown jaggery as per taste

Instructions

  1. In a pan take ghee
  2. Now add gund powder into it. Fry it until it becomes fluffy.
  3. Now add 2 and half cup of water.
  4. Add jaggery. Mix it until goond and jaggery both dissolve completely.
  5. Add soonth and ganthoda powder..
  6. Add coconut..
  7. Add almonds..keep some aside
  8. Let it simmer for two minutes.
  9. Serve hot. Garnish with almonds.
