Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3 big onions long sliced
  2. 3 tomatoes grated
  3. 2 capsicum chopped
  4. 1 slab panneer chopped
  5. 1 tsp garam masala pd
  6. 1 tsp red chilli pd
  7. 1 tsp dhanya pd
  8. 1 tsp kasturi methi
  9. 1 tsp oil
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Coriander for garnish
  12. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Instructions

  1. In a Kadai add oil fry onions, light pink then add tomatoes keep stirring till oil comes out then add ginger garlic paste.
  2. Add garam masala pd, dhanya pd, red chilli pd, and salt. Mix well
  3. At last add paneer pieces, mix well then add chopped coriander and mix well.
