About Capsicum Panneer Recipe

It is a side dish eaten with roti

Capsicum Panneer

Ingredients to make Capsicum Panneer

  • 3 big onions long sliced
  • 3 tomatoes grated
  • 2 capsicum chopped
  • 1 slab panneer chopped
  • 1 tsp garam masala pd
  • 1 tsp red chilli pd
  • 1 tsp dhanya pd
  • 1 tsp kasturi methi
  • 1 tsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • coriander for garnish
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

How to make Capsicum Panneer

  1. In a Kadai add oil fry onions, light pink then add tomatoes keep stirring till oil comes out then add ginger garlic paste.
  2. Add garam masala pd, dhanya pd, red chilli pd, and salt. Mix well
  3. At last add paneer pieces, mix well then add chopped coriander and mix well.

My Tip:

If you wish too add panneer you can add or the same gravy can be used for mushrooms, corn, chicken, etc
