  1. Moong dal 1 cup
  2. Vermicelli 1/2 cup
  3. Coconut gratings 1 cup
  4. Water
  5. Jaggery 1 cup
  6. Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Cloves 4 no.
  8. Raisins few

Instructions

  1. ADD A CUP OF WASHED MOONG DAL INTO A FINELY BOILING WATER, COOK UNTIL SMOOTH IN LOW MEDIUM-LOW FLAME
  2. BY ADDING SOME WATER GRIND GRATED COCONUT 1 CUP
  3. SQUEEZE AND STRAIN BY ADDING SOME WATER
  4. CHECK THE COOKNESS AND ADD VERMICELLI 1/2 CUP, LET IT COOK SMOOTHLY
  5. ADD CRUSHED JAGGERY 1 CUP, LET IT DISSOLVES COMPLETELY AND ALSO ADD 4 NUMBER OF CLOVES
  6. ADD COCONUT MILK AND CARDAMOM POWDER 1/4 TSP, RAISINS FEW
  7. WHILE IT STARTS BOILING FINELY TAKE OFF FLAME AND SERVE EITHER IN HOT OR COOL
