About Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe
It is said that there are healing powers in colours in everything we do in life and the colours we choose in our food is no exception . Adding colours to our palate is the best way to brighten up our mood . Stuffed Bell Peppers are a colourful and healthy meal .They can either be served as an attractive and delicious starter or as a side dish with chapati and steamed rice. Here I have made thick slices of the Capsicum and then stuffed them using Paneer ( Cottage Cheese) and boiled Potatoes and then cooked on stove top.
Ingredients to make Stuffed Bell Peppers
- 1 medium Green Bell
- 1 medium Yellow Bell
- 1 medium Red Bell
- 1 Large finely chopped
- 2 of garlic finely chopped
- 4 medium size , boiled, peeled and mashed.
- 1/4 cup of crumbled Paneer ( )
- 2 Tbsp
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
- 2 tbsp Oil /
- to taste
- Pinch of
- Fresh leaves
How to make Stuffed Bell Peppers
My Tip:Adding Cheese to the stuffing makes the dish more rich.
