Ingredients to make Jackfruit Seed Brown Bread Fritters

  • Brown Bread crumbs - 2 cups
  • Jack fruit Seeds – 2 cups (boiled and ground)
  • Corn flour - 2 tbsps
  • Onion – 2 nos (finely chopped)
  • Green chilli – 2 nos
  • Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
  • Pizza seasoning - 1 tbsp
  • Chat masala - 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Oil - to deep fry

How to make Jackfruit Seed Brown Bread Fritters

  1. Blend the boiled jackfruit seeds in a blender.
  2. Mix everything together except oil. (No need to add water, add if you feel the dough is very thick.)
  3. Heat oil in a pan .
  4. Make lemon sized balls from the bread and jackfruit mixture and flatten between both of your palms and gently drop it into the hot oil.
  5. Fry the vadas till golden colour, remove from flame and drain it in a colander.
  6. Jack fruit seed bread fritters are ready to serve.
  7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
