Momus perogie is just like normal momus boiled in salty water and then sauté in butter

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. maida - 1 cup
  2. salt to taste
  3. Hung curd - 2 tsp
  4. Boiled potatoes
  5. Cheese
  6. salt to taste
  7. butter
  8. Sliced onion
  9. coriander leaves
  10. Grated cabbage


  1. Take a bowl add maida salt curd and make a sift dough cover it for twenty min
  2. Take another bawl add boiled potatoes salt pepper butter cheese and mix it well
  3. Take a dough and using balen, roll a big thin sheet and take a cutter or any type of bottle cover and cut it small disc and stuffed with potato mixture and grated cabbage using water and fold over punching edges together to seal.
  4. Take another bowl add water and salt bring it to boil drop this perogies in boiling water and cook for ten min take a pan add oil slice onions and saute it add salt pepper coriander leaves and add this perogies and toss them serve with
  5. Serve with red chutney
