Macroni is mild taste i want to made with spice twist so prepared biryani lots of spicy flavour with pasta..really excellent taste

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 200gms basmathi rice soaked 1 half an hour
  2. 100 gms macroni
  3. 1 cup onion slices roasted
  4. 1 cup onion chopped
  5. 1 cup tomato pieces
  6. Half cup carrot pieces
  7. 1 cup potato slices
  8. 1/2 Cup Green Peas
  9. 1 cup mint leaves
  10. 4 green chilli leaves
  11. 6 saffron strands
  12. 4 cloves
  13. 2 Bay Leaves
  14. 3 cardom
  15. 2cinamon pieces
  16. 1marati flower
  17. 2 ghee
  18. 1 cup oil
  19. 2 tsp salt
  20. 1tsp chilli powder
  21. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  22. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  23. 1/2tsp daniya powder
  24. Half lemon

Instructions

  1. Boil the water with cloves,b ay leaves add rice cook until half boil
  2. Strain water,heat another container for macaroni boil strain water
  3. Heat the pan pour oil put onion slices roast it for good flavour to the rice
  4. Heat another pan pour oil ,ghee add spices with bay leaves ,onion,chilli slices
  5. Add Ginger garlic paste fri well add all veggeis onto it ,add lemon
  6. Mix well add curd soak at half an hour spices and seasoning it
  7. Then mix well
  8. Take a thick container add oil ,ghee,curry a(lready prepared masala )
  9. Add one layer of curry then layer of rice and one layer of macroni
  10. Again layer of curry,fried onion,mint leaves,add saffron milk ontop
  11. Do the same layer by layer of macaroni and rice close lid it
  12. Keep tavva put biryani container on top
  13. Arrange in medium flame dum it up to 20min with airtight lid
  14. After that open up serve macaroni fried onion dum biryani
