Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cubes of paneer
  2. 1 Capsicum diced
  3. 1 onion, diced
  4. 1 tomato diced
  5. 1 cup hung curd
  6. 1tsp coriander powder
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1 tsp kasmiri/ degi mirch
  9. 1/2 TSP KASOORI METHI
  10. 1/4 tsp ajwain
  11. 1 tsp chat masala
  12. 1tsp Lemon juice
  13. 1 tsp amchoor powder
  14. 1 Tsp Black Salt/Kala Namak
  15. oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the capsicum onion and tomato as dice.(square shaped)
  2. Take a bowl put hung curd.whisk a little. Add all the spices and mix them.
  3. Kashmiri mirch will give the nice red colour to curd.
  4. Add the diced vegetables and paneer cubes
  5. Mix it properly
  6. Cover the bowl and keep it fridge for about 2hrs.
  7. Take it take a grill pan or simple nonstick pan. Pour oil.
  8. Place the veggies on screwers or toothpick.
  9. Place it on pan.
  10. Keep turning the sides. To cook them from all the sides.
  11. Serve the tikka by sprinkling chat masala and little lemon juice.
