Corn made crispy and tasty

Crispy corn

Ingredients to make Crispy corn

  • 2 cup corn kernels
  • 2 tsbp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying
  • 4 tbs tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbs szcehwan sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 med sized capsicum finely chopped
  • Fine chopped fresh coriander
  • 1tsp white pepper pwdr
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

How to make Crispy corn

  1. Take the corn kernels and wash them well
  2. Drain the water well and spread the corn on a plate and sprinkle cornflour, salt and rice flour over it and mix well dont add water
  3. Now take a pan n put oil for frying and fry the coated corn
  4. Remove it on a tissue paper
  5. Now take a mixing bowl in that add all the remaining items and mix well
  6. Now in the mixture add the fried corn and toss well
  7. Garnish with green coriander and serve!

My Tip:

Before serving add some grated cheese or paneer as per the preference it tastes more yummy
