Ingredients to make French loaf

  • Onions ( fine chopped). 1
  • Capsicums - red/yellow/ green ( fine chopped)
  • Mushroom 6 -7
  • Tomatoes. (fine chopped)2
  • Ginger Garlic paste 2 tablespoon
  • Tomatoe sause 1 cup
  • Eggless white mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Oregano 1/2 tablespoon
  • Chilli flakes 1/2 tablespoon
  • Cheese slices 5-6
  • Garlic Loaf
  • Oil 2 1/2 teaspoon
  • butter 2 tablespoon
  • Tomatoe kectup 1 tablespoon
  • Parsley leaves ( fine chopped)

How to make French loaf

  1. Take a pan and add oil & butter. Add ginger garlic paste in it and onions. Let the onions cook. Later add other vegetables in it and let it cook for 10 mins.
  2. Add tomatoes sauce and mayonnaise in it, add oregano and chilli flakes to it. Let it cook for 3 mins when the mixture is ready let it warm for some time.
  3. Till then cut the Loaf, an toast it put the mixture and cheese on it
  4. Serve hot wit chopped parsley leaves.
