Simple Lemon & Garlic Sauce

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Pasta - 2 cups
  2. Cream Or Cream Cheese - 2 cups
  3. Lemon Zest & Juice - 1
  4. Garlic pod - 2
  5. Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook pasta and reserve some pasta water.
  2. 2.In a pan warm Olive oil + 2 cup cream or cream cheese + 1 Lemon juice + Lemon zest + 1 Garlic + Salt + Pasta water
  3. 3. Add pasta & mix with the sauce prepared
  4. 4. Serve with pepper and Cilantro
