Crispy Masala Corns

Ingredients to make Crispy Masala Corns

  • corn kernels -1 cup
  • Rice flour -2 tbsp
  • salt -1/2 Tsp
  • Black pepper -1/2 tsp
  • oil to fry

How to make Crispy Masala Corns

  1. Take the corns in a pan. Sprinkle rice flour over it.
  2. Then add salt and pepper and give a good shake so that all the corn kernels are well-coated.
  3. Now take a spiral ladle and put half of the corns in it and fry them in oil until light brown .
  4. Crispy masala corns are ready.
  5. Sprinkle some chat masala over it and enjoy.
